We provide digital marketing services (SEO, web design, paid advertising, branding) and tech support services (computer repair, networking, remote IT, managed IT). The specific scope of each engagement will be defined in a written proposal or statement of work.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, materials, and access required to perform the services.
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
- Pay invoices according to the agreed terms.
- Comply with applicable laws when using deliverables (websites, ad campaigns, content).
3. Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are detailed in each proposal. Late payments may incur a service charge and may result in pausing of work until balances are resolved.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (design files, copy, code) created specifically for their project. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of delivering the services.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is." While we work to industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, revenue, conversion rates). See our Disclaimer for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save Wise Solutions LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the proposal. Client remains responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
