Refund Policy

At Save Wise Solutions LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for our marketing and tech support services.

1. Tech Support Services

If we are unable to resolve a tech support issue covered by your service request, you may be eligible for a full refund of the fee paid for that specific request, provided you notify us within seven (7) days of the service date. Charges for parts, third-party software licenses, and time spent diagnosing the issue are non-refundable.

2. Marketing Services (Project-Based)

Project-based marketing engagements (website design, branding, one-time campaigns) are billed in milestones described in your statement of work. Once a milestone has been delivered and approved, fees for that milestone are non-refundable. If you cancel before a milestone is delivered, you will be charged only for work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Marketing Services (Retainer)

Monthly retainers (SEO, paid advertising management, managed IT) are billed in advance for each service month. You may cancel the next billing cycle by giving written notice at least fifteen (15) days before your next renewal date. Fees already paid for the current service month are non-refundable, as work has typically already begun.

4. Third-Party Costs

Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn), software subscriptions, hosting, domain registrations, and stock assets are non-refundable, as these are paid to and held by third parties.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us in writing at info@savewisesolutionsllc.com or by phone at (818) 278-0437 with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We will respond within five (5) business days.

6. Disputes

We work hard to resolve every concern fairly. If you are unhappy with our work, please reach out — most issues can be resolved with a conversation and a revision plan.
